Free Virtual Caregiver Support Program
6-week virtual caregiver support program for caregivers 50 years and older caring for an older loved one living with a chronic condition, cognitive disease or terminal illness and have felt overwhelmed and stressed during the pandemic. The program has been generously funded by the RRF Foundation for Aging and helps to break down the barriers to healing associated with trauma caused by stress, racial, economic, and health disparities by building pathways for people of all backgrounds to connect in meaningful ways so they feel fully seen and heard.
